Product & analysis
Is the verdict three-state?
The final stamp stays two-state: GO or NO-GO (امضِ / لا تمضِ)، that decisive edge never changes. Alongside it, the decision surface also shows a calibrated middle reading, “proceed with caution” (امضِ بحذر), when the engine’s real signal sits in a conditional band. That reading colors how you approach the same binary edge, it does not replace the final stamp with a decorative third verdict.
I am opening a franchise of a known brand. Does that change the report?
Yes, in both directions. A franchise arrives with demand it did not have to create: people already know the name and will pass two unknown competitors to reach it. jdwin reads that at four levels, each carrying its own weight — global recognition (the largest single advantage a brand buys you), regional fit, and an operating national network (which lowers execution risk rather than raising demand).
The fourth level is the one applicants rarely price themselves, and it counts AGAINST the site: how saturated your own brand already is in this same city. Every existing branch competes for the same customers, so a tenth Riyadh location of a strong chain can score below the first on identical spatial data. That is not a penalty on the brand; it is the arithmetic of a catchment that is already being served.
Two limits are deliberate. The brand may move the demand figure by no more than a fifth either way — it is one input beside measured spatial, mobility, economic and behavioural data, and a famous name must never overrule the ground. And when the evidence on a brand is too thin to carry a weight, jdwin applies nothing at all and says so in the report, rather than moving your capital decision on a guess.
Can visitors open the analytical map?
No. Visitors see marketing and docs. The map and operational surfaces require an account. See Map & confirm for the authenticated journey.
Must I confirm the place before analysis?
For location-dependent (physical) projects, yes. Smart search proposes; your confirmation of the real place name is mandatory before the run. That rule protects you from similar names, typos, and pins that drifted from the address you meant. Digital and online projects are the exception (see below).
Do digital or online projects need a location?
No. jdwin auto-detects location-independent digital and online ideas — an app, a SaaS platform, an online store, a course or hosting platform — straight from your wording, and studies them market-first without a map pin. There is no separate mode toggle; you just describe the idea and analysis proceeds.
Where do results appear?
Inside the report only, with inline progress and Free → Pro → Max ordering. There is no floating results card on the map and no separate analysis-running page that replaces the report.
Billing & packages
What are analysis quotas?
Free: 2 · Pro: 4 · Max: 6 · Ultra: 12. Enterprise by agreement. Details and catalog prices live in Entitlements and on the Packages page.
How do I pay?
Via Polar only, through a hosted checkout experience inside the product. Current consumer packages are one-time purchases in the catalog model, not an auto-subscription.
Are refunds possible?
Yes within 48 hours of payment if the first analysis has not started.
Which tiers can export a sealed PDF?
Every paid tier، Pro, Max, and Ultra، exports the full sealed PDF with the canonical signature «تقرير جدون معتمد»; it is no longer exclusive to the top tier. The Ultra-only Sovereign Deep-Dive section still appears solely in the Ultra report and PDF. On the free tier the decision is read on screen.
Is Ultra a support link?
No. Ultra is a direct purchase (“Choose Ultra”) with gold styling on Packages.
Trust & product
What does public documentation explain?
Product behavior: confirmed place and sector in, binary verdict in a certified report out, Free → Pro → Max value layers, quotas, and Polar payments. It markets and explains jdwin’s features and strength. It does not publish internal construction or operational manuals. See What sets jdwin apart.
Do I need to understand internals to trust the verdict?
No. Trust is designed to be experienced through the certified report, the clarity of the GO / NO-GO stamp with its calibrated caution reading, sourced indicators on the product surface, and package layers that deepen without gating that reading behind a tier. You confirm the place; jdwin returns the decision surface.
